Pru B. Creative Industries Says : |
I was at UQ for 2 years, doing Arts. this year i changed to QUT to do Creative Industries as i felt this was a better course for me with more direction, and career prospects that i am aiming for. The best thing about QUT is the much more relaxed approach and people who teach/learn there compared to QUT

Lizzie B. Nursing Says : |
It's easily accessible via public transport, it's close to the city (which is a major bonus when I need a break), the inter-campus bus service and it has a good reputation for producing graduates that get the jobs they want.

QUT is a very practical university that shows how the theory learnt in a business course actually applies to real life situations.

Laura B. Interactive and Visual Design Says : |
The whole 'real world.' Most of my lecturers and tutors are more than just lecturers or teachers. They share life experience with us and even show us some of their work. I've been invited to exhibition launches of some of my tutors and I've made friends just by chatting to them about my work. All of my tutors and lecturers enjoy the subject they are teaching, and have great enthusiasm about them. In a learning environment, when someone is so enthusiastic about what they are teaching it inspires the students to share the same enthusiasm. Everyone contributes to discussions in tutorials and gets really excited about most of the work we have to do.

Rachelle B. Primary Education Says : |
We have a say in a survey every year, it is anonymous and they actually take it into account and change the course if we have viable feedback and suggestions to make it better. Also easy access with buses, and the grounds.
